As many of you may know, I have been elected Judge of the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County. My law practice of twenty-nine years will close on December 30, 2009. I will be sworn in on January 4, 2010, and look forward to becoming a trial judge in my home county.
As a
judge of the Common Pleas Court, I am no longer permitted to
